Damping Compound DC-LST

Vibration Damping Compound is designed for use in areas where a continuous membrane is required to dampen noise and vibration from GRP, steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. It is used extensively on large surface areas e.g. floors and body sides of railway carriages, air conditioning equipment, contoured metal, GRP and other substrate surfaces. Vibration Damping Compound is also ideal as a rain screen cladding.

Features & Benefits

  • Conforms to Class 0:BS476 parts 6 & 7.
  • Easily applied using commonly available spray equipment.
  • Excellent in reducing vibration in sheet metal and other resonant surfaces.
  • As a monolithic material it is easily applied around complex shapes.
